  • The money paid is not refundable. However if we fail to renew or we unable to provide service for new passport application then we will refund 50% of the paid amount.
  • After payment please get back to us within 7 days with your contact details and problem description. After 7 days, this payment will lapse.
  • It is your responsibility to provide us all the documents like proof of Passport,date of birth,address,identity related to your Passport
  • Payment for any service may not be interchanged for another service. In that case separate payment will need to be made.
  • We delete all your personal information as soon as the case is closed or when it is not needed.
