IRCTC Ticket Cancellation Terms

  • For any reason if ticket( or passengers in it) is not cancelled then we promise to give your 100% refund only during office working hours(not on holidays) as a supervisor will need to approve it. If you pay in the night then in the next working day it will be returned to you.
  • We reserve the right to refund by any means like Paytm, Bank Account etc
  • During the time we work on cancellation, if you ask us to stop may be because you've found out the forgotten password etc, then we will keep Rs. 100 for working hours and Rs. 250 during non working hours. Rest will be refunded without anymore deduction. But such cases are rare ( 1 in 200 only).
  • Full refund if you're not able to provide us the requisite details like ticket PNR etc even though it is your responsibility.
  • We never indulge in any illegal activity or allow any such activity. We promise your safety against any frauds from our end.
  • Payment for any service may not be interchanged for another service. In that case separate payment will need to be made.
  • As we work in professional environment, we don't allow any rude talk with our employees. Rude customers shall have their service closed without any refund.
  • This service isn't for agents or whoever is forbidden to book ticket by any means by IRCTC
  • In case of foreigners, the charges are 2.5 times of as shown, in return we try to provide much better service.
  • Minimum time resolution for your problem can take anywhere from 10 minutes to a few days, which sometimes also depends on IRCTC's response time.
