Terms & Conditions

  • We provide absolutely no refund for our service but we can still refund you your money based on our sole discretion.
  • We have no connection with IRCTC or Indian Railways and all these services are provided in our sole capacity only
  • We never indulge in any illegal activity or allow any such activity. We promise your safety against any frauds from our end.
  • Any issue with our service(if there is any) may only be raised within 7 days of successful completion of our service.
  • After payment please get back to us within 7 days with your contact details and problem description. After 7 days, this payment will lapse.
  • Payment for any service may not be interchanged for another service. In that case separate payment will need to be made.
  • In case of cash deposits in our bank account you will need to pay Rs. 50 extra or whatever bank is charging due to cash deposit in non-home branch
  • In case of partial payments, we can't provide the service until full payment is made in advance.
  • We converse only in Hindi and English languages.
  • As we work in professional environment, we don't allow any rude talk with our employees. Rude customers shall have their service closed without any refund.
  • This service isn't for agents or whoever is forbidden to book ticket by any means by IRCTC
  • In case of foreigners, the charges are 2.5 times of as shown, in return we try to provide much better service.
  • Our process is streamlized and if you don't follow as expected then our services may be delayed or it's completion not warranted
  • We never pass on your private data to anybody else for any purpose. It is discarded promptly.
  • For creation of new accounts it will be your sole responsibilityto provide unused mobile number and provide all the registration details like address etc.
  • Sometimes when customer is inaccessible and we can't contact them then we may use one of our email id's in the IRCTC account. In that case on getting access of the account, please change your email immediately.
  • After you get access to your IRCTC account, it is your duty to check details filled in your profile and let us know any descrepancies within 7 days. After 7 days we will take no responsibility to correct any of those discrepancies.
  • There will be no refund or extension of service in case your accounts have been closed for indulging in fraudulent practice by IRCTC
  • It is your duty to tell correctly the history of account, duplicate accounts in your name etc.
  • Service completion also entails your cooperation without which the service may be delayed or never be successfully closed
  • Our working normally days are Mon-Sat, 9-6pm but still we try to provide our services round the clock, however we will not promise out of office time service.
  • Minimum time resolution for your problem can take anywhere from 10 minutes to a few days, which sometimes also depends on IRCTC's response time.

  • The juridiction of all legal cases shall be Aligarh, UP to the exclusion of other cities in India.
